Vorig jaar hebben wij wegens omstandigheden Picknick in the Park vervangen door Drinks in the City. Dit bleek een groot succes. Ook dit jaar is het helaas niet mogelijk om de picknick te organiseren. Gezien de enthousiaste reacties en de vele inschrijvingen vorig jaar, organiseren wij daarom dit jaar weer een nieuwe editie van Drinks in the City.

Het idee is dat medewerkers in kleine (vooraf zelf samen te stellen) groepen met elkaar tijdens de zomerperiode een drankje en / of hapje gaan doen bij een van de deelnemende horecagelegenheden. Of je de voucher gebruikt voor een lekkere kop koffie met gebak of een wijntje met een bitterbal, deze keuze is aan jou.

Klik op de button ‘Horeca’ voor deelnemende bedrijven. Kijk zelf op de website van de horecagelegenheid wat de regels zijn omtrent het wel of niet vooraf reserveren.

Ontmoeten in een informele setting

Drinks in the City biedt de gelegenheid om elkaar in een informele omgeving te ontmoeten om zo ook buiten het werk de banden aan te halen. Samen met collega’s formeer je een groep van minimaal 4 en maximaal 6 personen om tijdens de zomerperiode te genieten van een drankje en / of hapje bij één van de deelnemende horecagelegenheden. Of je de voucher gebruikt voor een lekkere kop koffie met gebak of een wijntje met een bitterbal, de keuze is aan jullie. Het Erasmus MC steunt op deze manier ook de Rotterdamse horeca

Collega’s

Samen met collega’s vorm je een groep waarmee je afspreekt bij een van de aangesloten horecagelegenheden. Deze selecteer je direct bij aanmelding. Het is niet mogelijk om de voucher bij een andere horecagelegenheid dan de geselecteerde in te wisselen.

De groep moet bestaan uit minimaal 4 en maximaal 6 medewerkers.

Je ontvangt per groep één voucher (hoofdaanmelder ontvangt deze) met een waarde van € 12,50 per medewerker. De totale waarde, gebaseerd op het aantal aangemelde medewerkers, wordt vermeld op de voucher. Alle extra gemaakte kosten, dienen ter plekke door jullie te worden afgerekend.

Registratie is gesloten!

Registreren kon t/m 13 augustus 2021. De voucher is geldig tussen 21 juni en 19 september 2021.

Wijzigingen zijn na registratie niet meer mogelijk. Zorg er dus voor dat je zeker weet dat jullie groepssamenstelling volledig is. Is iemand op de dag zelf verhinderd, geef dit door aan de horecagelegenheid. De vouchers zijn persoonlijk en dus niet overdraagbaar.

 
 
 
 
Last year, due to circumstances, we replaced Picnic in the Park with Drinks in the City. This turned out to be a great success. Unfortunately, this year it is also not possible to organize the picnic. Given the enthusiastic reactions and the many registrations last year, this year we will again organize a new edition of Drinks in the City. 

The idea is that during the summertime employees can have a drink and / or snack in small (pre-assembled) groups at one of the participating catering establishments. Whether you use the voucher for a nice cup of coffee with cake or a glass of wine with a ‘bitterbal’, the choice is yours. Click on the ‘Horeca’ button for participating companies. Check the website of the establishment for any rules there may be with regard to whether or not making reservations in advance. 

Meeting in an informal setting 

Drinks in the City offers the opportunity to meet each other in an informal environment in order to strengthen ties outside of work. Together with colleagues, you form a group of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 people to enjoy a drink and/or snack at one of the participating catering establishments during the summer period. Whether you use the voucher for a nice cup of coffee with cake or a glass of wine with a ‘bitterbal’, the choice is yours. In this way, Erasmus MC also supports the Rotterdam catering / hospitality industry.  

Colleagues 

Together with colleagues you will form a group with whom you will meet at one of the affiliated catering / hospitality establishments. Upon registration, you will directly choose the establishment. It is not possible to use the voucher at another catering establishment than the one you have selected. The group must consist of a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 employees. You will receive one voucher per group (main booker will receive this) with a value of € 12.50 per employee. The total value, based on the number of registered employees, is stated on the voucher. All additional costs incurred must be settled on the spot by you and your colleagues.  

Registration is possible until Friday 13 August 2021. The voucher is valid between 21 June and 19 September 2021.

Changes are no longer possible after registration. So make sure that your group is complete. If a member of your group is not able to attend on the day itself, please inform the establishment. The vouchers are personal and therefore non-transferable.
