Voucher

Als hoofdaanmelder ontvang je automatisch de bevestiging per e-mail met hierin een link naar jullie groepsvoucher. Volg de instructies in de bevestigingsmail om jullie voucher te printen.

Indien je jouw email kwijt bent, kun je deze opnieuw laten versturen via deze pagina.

Als hoofdaanmelder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het printen van de voucher en deze mee te nemen naar de door jullie geselecteerde horecagelegenheid.

De collega’s die je hebt aangemeld in jouw groep, ontvangen automatisch ook een bevestiging van aanmelding per e-mail.

Let op: iedere medewerker uit jullie groep moet zich bij de horecagelegenheid legitimeren met zijn of haar Erasmus MC medewerkerspas. Geef ook duidelijk bij aankomst aan wie de hoofdboeker is op vertoon van de voucher en de Erasmus MC medewerkerspas. Is iemand van jullie groep op de dag verhinderd, geef dat ter plekke aan de horecagelegenheid door. 

De voucher is geldig tussen 21 juni en 19 september 2021.

Voucher

As the main applicant you will automatically receive the confirmation by e-mail, containing a link to your group voucher. Follow the instructions in the confirmation e-mail to print your voucher.

In case you have lost your email with the voucher link, you can resend it via this page.

As the main applicant you are responsible for printing the voucher and taking it with you to the catering / hospitality establishment selected by you.

The colleagues you have registered in your group, will automatically receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail.

Please note: every employee in your group must identify themselves at the establishment with his or her Erasmus MC employee card. Also indicate clearly on arrival who the main booker is on presentation of the voucher and the Erasmus MC employee card. If a member of your groep cannot attend on the day itself, please inform the establishment.

The voucher is valid between 21 June and 19 September 2021.
